Barthlo, the proud owner, is a true hands-on entrepreneur. Gifted with incredible skill and determination, he has mastered the art of butchery and honed his talents to deliver only the finest quality meat. A passionate hunter and businessman, he comes from an entrepreneurial family that also founded the well-loved Kardoesie on the very same farm.
